Hiring is one of the most consequential things a company does — and for too long, the tools built to support it have optimised for throughput over people. We started Talara because we believed there was a better way: AI that amplifies the recruiter's judgment rather than replacing it, and a candidate experience that feels like a conversation, not a conveyor belt. Every decision we make comes back to that belief.
